Help Transform How RV Dealers Run Their Businesses

Rapidious is looking for a high-energy, commercially minded Dealer Growth Manager who can combine sales, dealer coaching, technology, and data-driven problem solving.

This is not a traditional customer-success role, and it is not a pure sales role.

You will work directly with dealer principals, general managers, sales leaders, inventory managers, and other dealership decision-makers to help them improve pricing, appraisals, inventory movement, margins, and turns using Rapidious Titan.AI.

You will also participate in demonstrations, develop relationships with prospective dealers, move qualified opportunities toward close, coach existing customers, and help dealers translate data into specific actions.

Over time, we expect you to become capable of owning the complete dealer conversation — from understanding a dealership’s challenges, demonstrating how Rapidious can help, closing the opportunity, and then helping that customer generate measurable results.

The role sits at the intersection of new business, dealer performance, and product Innovation.

What You’ll Do

Drive New Business

  • Participate in and eventually lead product demonstrations for prospective dealers
  • Understand dealer pain points and connect Rapidious capabilities to measurable business outcomes
  • Follow up with qualified prospects and help move opportunities from demonstration through close
  • Build trusted relationships with dealer principals and senior dealership leaders
  • Develop your own pipeline of opportunities over time
  • Work toward clearly defined sales and revenue goals
  • Help generate referrals, introductions, testimonials, and referenceable accounts

Coach Dealers and Improve Performance

  • Work with dealerships to improve pricing, appraisals, inventory movement, stocking, margins, and turns
  • Conduct regular dealer business and performance reviews
  • Analyze dealer inventory, market position, aging, pricing, competition, and other  performance indicators
  • Identify the highest-priority actions a dealer should take and communicate them clearly
  • Help dealerships use Titan.AI consistently and translate insights into action
  • Track measurable customer outcomes and demonstrate ongoing ROI
  • Identify opportunities for retention, expansion, and additional product adoption

Be the Dealer-to-Product Bridge

You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology.

You should be able to:

  • Understand a dealer’s CRM, DMS, inventory, pricing, appraisal, and sales workflows
  • Ask the right questions and diagnose operational problems
  • Translate dealer requirements clearly to our product and engineering teams
  • Help define what a solution should accomplish
  • Return to the customer and confidently demonstrate the resulting workflow or product capability
  • Bring dealer feedback, competitive intelligence, and emerging industry needs directly into the Rapidious product roadmap

We want someone who can eventually sit with a dealer, analyze their business, and confidently say:

“Here are the five or seven things we see. Here is what is working, here is what is not, and here is what we recommend you do next.”

Help Shape What Comes Next

Rapidious is rapidly expanding beyond pricing and inventory intelligence into areas such as:

  • Appraisals
  • Inventory management
  • Ordering and stocking intelligence
  • Dealer integrations
  • Consumer valuation tools
  • Manufacturer analytics
  • Additional AI-driven dealership workflows

You will have the opportunity to influence these products based on what you learn from dealers in the field.

Who We’re Looking For

We are open to two types of backgrounds:

1. Automotive / RV technology professionals

People who have sold, implemented, supported, or managed dealership technology — including inventory, CRM, DMS, pricing, appraisal, merchandising, or other dealer software.

2. Strong dealership operators

People with meaningful dealership experience who have strong commercial instincts, understand data and technology, and want to move into the SaaS / technology world.

We are particularly interested in candidates with approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience who are ambitious and want significantly more responsibility as the company grows.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

  • Experience selling technology or services into automotive, RV, or similar owner-operated businesses
  • OR meaningful experience inside an automotive or RV dealership
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Confidence speaking with dealer principals, GMs, GSMs, sales managers, and inventory leaders
  • Experience with dealership software such as vAuto, DMS platforms, CRMs, inventory systems, or similar tools
  • Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of ROI
  • Comfort conducting demonstrations and asking for the business
  • Ability to sell effectively by phone, video, and in person
  • A consultative approach: you listen, diagnose, recommend, and then act
  • Comfort working with dashboards, performance metrics, and operational data
  • Curiosity about AI, software, and how technology can transform dealership operations
  • Strong follow-through, personal accountability, and the ability to work independently
  • A high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the United States

Experience selling SaaS or technology into dealerships or similar SMB businesses is particularly attractive.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be measured across three dimensions:

Growth

  • Qualified opportunities moved through the sales process
  • Product demonstrations conducted
  • New dealerships closed
  • Revenue generated
  • Pipeline and conversion performance

Dealer Outcomes

  • Dealer adoption and active use of Titan.AI
  • Measurable improvements in dealer performance
  • Customer retention and expansion
  • Referrals, testimonials, and referenceable accounts

Product & Innovation

  • Quality of dealer insights brought back to the company
  • Ability to identify operational problems and translate them into product requirements
  • Contribution to the adoption and development of new Rapidious products
